If you know the Bus Stand Road in Patiala, then you probably know exactly where we are. Shop No 35 is right there, across from the Tata Motors showroom. It’s a very loud and busy part of town because of all the buses and trucks moving through all day long. Because we’re right by the bus stand, we get people from all over, not just the local area. Some are just passing through and need to see someone quickly before they catch their next ride. The clinic is pretty straightforward. There’s a front area where people wait and then the consultation space. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s mostly just practical work every day. The tea stall nearby is always busy, and sometimes the smell of ginger tea drifts in here while we're working. We see a lot of common illnesses, especially when the weather changes in Patiala. It gets really hot in the summer, so the fan is always running at full speed. People know us for being reliable and just being here when they need us. We don't bother with fancy brochures or marketing stuff. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first person to walk in. It’s been our routine for years and it works well for us. There is always a lot of dust and noise, but that is just life on this road.
