Jagpal Food & Herbals

Our place is situated out in Villageat Post Bopa Rai Kalan, right near the Prince Tailor shop. It is a quiet village area, which really suits what we do at Jagpal Food & Herbals. We work with a lot of natural ingredients and different food items. The air is definitely a bit cleaner out here than what you find in the big cities. Most of our days are spent processing different herbs and making sure everything is stored in a dry spot. It involves a lot of manual labor, honestly. We have a small team from the local village who helps us get things done. We are not a big factory with automated lines. It feels more like a small workshop where everyone knows each other. People often use the tailor shop nearby as a landmark to find us. We get a lot of local farmers dropping off bags of produce throughout the week. It can get a bit disorganized at times, especially when the main harvest season comes around and space gets tight. The building we use is very simple, just stone walls and some basic equipment that we have used for years. We do not use any fancy technology. Just our hands and some old machines that still work fine. Sometimes we sit outside and have a quick tea while the sun goes down. It is a slow pace of life in Bopa Rai Kalan, and we like it that way.
