Guru Drona Chayra Coaching Centre

Our coaching centre is over in Isherheri, which is on the edge of Patiala. It’s a quiet village-like area, quite different from the busier parts of the city. We have a simple building where we’ve set up our classrooms. Inside, you’ll find basic wooden desks and a few chairs for the students. It’s a very modest setup. We don’t have air conditioning or fancy computers; we just use books and a blackboard. Most of the students who come here live nearby or in the neighboring areas. They usually walk or ride their bikes to get to their classes. We spend our afternoons and evenings going over different subjects and helping them prepare for their school tests. It’s a small operation, and we do everything ourselves, from the teaching to the cleaning. There’s a lot of hard work that goes on in these rooms. The walls are a bit plain, and the floor is just simple cement. We’ve been here for a while now, and people in the community know us. We don't do any big promotions or put up large signs. Most of our students come to us because their friends or siblings did. It’s just a regular place where we try to help the local youth with their education. It’s quiet and a bit out of the way, but it works for the people who live around here in Patiala.
