You can find us at shop 25 in the Sukh Sagar Complex. We are right across from Punjabi University in Patiala. Being near the university means there is always a lot of energy and young people walking around. We spend our days helping folks plan their trips. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and checking different travel options on the screen. The office isn't very large, but we’ve made it work for a while now. Sometimes the students come in just to ask questions about cheap ways to get home for the holidays. We handle all sorts of requests, from short trips to longer ones. The complex is a busy place, so there’s always something happening outside our window. We don't wear suits or have big meetings. We just sit at our desks and try to get the work done. Patiala is a good city to be in, and being at this specific spot feels right. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow connections, which can be a pain when you’re trying to book something fast. But we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of travel talk. We keep it straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. If you need to go somewhere, we try to help you figure it out without any fuss. It is just the way we like to run things here.
