We are based at the Surya Complex, right at Leela Bhawan. Our office is SCO. 1 and we are up on the 1st floor. It is a good spot in a busy part of town. There are always cars and scooters parked outside, and it can be a bit of a scramble to find a space in the mornings. Once you get inside the complex, it is a bit more orderly. We have a decent-sized room where we handle all the insurance work. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a cream color, and we have the usual office furniture. It feels quite lived-in because we have been here for a long time. There is a lot of paper moving across our desks every day. We talk to people on the phone quite a bit, explaining things or just checking on the status of their files. Sometimes we have to stay late if there is a lot of work to catch up on, but usually, we are out by six. The market nearby is great for getting lunch or a quick coffee when we need a break. It is not a flashy office, but it works for us. We know the security guard at the gate and the other people who work in the complex. It is just a small local team doing what we need to do to keep the business running. We have a small radio that we play sometimes at a low volume.
