You can find us at House Number 113 in the New Defence Colony of Zirakpur. This is in the Mohali district of Punjab, zip code 140603. Since it is a residential colony, the atmosphere is quite different from a typical business district. We actually use a house as our office, which makes the whole workday feel a bit more relaxed and homey. We have a small front yard with some grass, and on cooler days, we might step out there for a minute. The rooms inside have been converted into workspaces with desks and a lot of computer cables. We tend to have a lot of papers lying around because of the nature of our work. The kitchen is our unofficial breakroom where we make tea several times a day. There is no formal dress code here; everyone just wears what works for them. Zirakpur has become much more crowded lately, but our corner of New Defence Colony is still relatively peaceful. We have been here for a while and the setup suits us perfectly. We don’t have any big corporate signs on the gate. Most of the neighbors probably think it’s just another family living here. It is a simple, honest way to run things for Gerson Lehrman Group without any unnecessary corporate layers or fancy office bells. We just get on with it.
