Gaon Wala Bakers Llp

Out here in Village Touran, things move a bit slower than in the city. Gaon Wala Bakers is located in Ward 1, down Galli No. 3. It’s not a big commercial area, just a quiet street where we set up our baking equipment. We started this because we wanted to have fresh stuff available right here in the village instead of everyone having to go all the way into Patiala. We make standard things like biscuits, bread, and some local treats that the kids like. The building is just a simple place, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just ovens and cooling racks. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us working together to get the dough ready. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just life in the village. We know everyone who comes through the door because they’re all our neighbors. You won't find any colorful packaging or big ads here. We just put the stuff in plain bags and hand it over. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn until late afternoon. If you’re ever passing through Massingan or this part of Patiala, you might smell the baking. We’re just simple people making simple food for the folks around here. We hope to stay here for a long time.
