We are down on the ground floor of the Surya Complex, at Sco 11. Most people know where we are because we are right near Gopal Sweets here in Patiala. It’s a good landmark because everyone goes there for snacks. Our office is a simple place where we handle travel arrangements. We spend a lot of our day talking to people about where they want to go and how much they want to spend. It’s not always easy to find the right deal, but we spend the time looking. The Surya Complex is usually full of people coming and going, so there’s never a dull moment. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look things up. It’s a bit cluttered with papers and notes, but we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us working the phones and the computers. Sometimes we grab a tea from a nearby stall and just keep at it. People come in with all sorts of plans, and we do our best to help them out. It’s practical work. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we like being part of the local scene. If you’re passing by Gopal Sweets, you’ve probably seen our sign. We just keep things moving, one ticket at a time, every day. It is just a normal life for us here at the complex.
