You’ll find us at D-228 in the Industrial Focal Point. It’s a big area and there are a lot of units here, but we’ve been in this particular spot for quite some time. The work we do involves a lot of metal and precision, so there’s always the sound of grinding or cutting in the background. Our space is filled with workbenches and tool racks. We try to keep our tools in good shape because they are what keep us in business. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate of the focal point, but we like being a bit tucked away. The staff here is small and we all know each other pretty well. We have lunch together most days, usually just sitting on some crates or at one of the worktables. It’s a practical way to live. We don’t have much in the way of decoration on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old posters. The lighting is bright enough for the work, but it’s not exactly cozy. We’re here to make tools, and that’s what our day looks like from start to finish. When the sun starts to go down, we start cleaning up the metal shavings and getting ready for the next day. It’s a repetitive cycle, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing the finished products stacked up and ready to go. We just keep at it.
