Electro Tek

It's usually quite busy around here near Sheran Wala Gate. Our place is tucked into 390/1 in Puani Ghass Mandi. If you know the area, you know it’s always a bit of a squeeze with the traffic and the noise from the market. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. Inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with parts and tools. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but we know where everything is. Usually, the front door stays open so we can get a breeze, though it mostly just brings in the dust from the street. We sit at these old wooden desks that have been here since we opened. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and wait for it to come back on. There’s a tea stall just around the corner that we visit way too often. Our neighbors are mostly other shop owners who have been here as long as we have. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor. It’s more about getting the daily tasks done and making sure nothing gets lost in the stacks of boxes. It’s just a regular workplace in a busy part of town. People drop by to chat or ask for things, and we do what we can. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us at Electro Tek. We like being near the gate because there's always something going on. Even when it's raining, the market stays active, and we keep things moving inside.
