We are based in Patiala, working as Coastline Immigrant Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Our office is a modest place where we spend our days looking at forms and passports. Patiala is a city where a lot of people have dreams of going abroad, so we see a lot of different faces every week. It’s not a polished, high-end firm. We have some wooden desks, a few computers, and stacks of folders that seem to never get smaller. The atmosphere is usually quite serious because the stuff we handle is important to the people who come in. We don’t use a lot of fancy words or try to act like we’re more than we are. We just sit down with people and go through their documents. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when several families show up at once. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually find us because a friend or a cousin told them about our place in Patiala. We deal with the daily routine of phone calls and emails. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s the work we chose to do. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desk gets buried under paperwork. It’s just a normal office where we do our best to get through the files and help the people who walk in with their questions about moving away.
