A good way to find us is looking for the Bank of Baroda because we are right under it. It’s a busy spot near Sirhind Road. The traffic outside can be a bit much during the afternoon hours when everyone is out. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us surrounded by stacks of papers and files. There are a few chairs for people to sit while we talk about their papers or visas. The walls are a plain color, maybe a bit faded now. It’s not a very big space but it works for what we do. The bank upstairs makes it easy to explain the location to people. We hear the footsteps from people going into the bank all day long. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to wait it out while drinking some water. It’s a very local kind of place. We know the neighbors around here in Tripuri Town quite well. The street can get a little muddy when it rains heavily in Patiala. We just keep a mat by the door. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to figure out their travel stuff. We’ve been at this address for some time and don’t plan on moving. It’s practical and everyone knows where the bank is.
