Body Pulse Gym

Body Pulse Gym is located in Zirakpur at Peer Mushalla. We are on the second floor of Sco 16. Our location is quite close to the Panchkula barrier, so we serve people from both Zirakpur and Chandigarh. It is a bit of a trek up the stairs to get to the second floor, but most people don't mind. The gym has large windows that let in a lot of light during the day, which is nice. We have all the standard equipment you would expect, like power racks, benches, and some cardio machines. It is a friendly place where the regulars usually chat with each other between sets. We don't spend much money on fancy decor. The walls have some scuffs and the floor mats are well-used. We keep the music going to help people stay motivated. In the late afternoons and evenings, the place gets pretty crowded and lively. It is a convenient spot for the people living in the many apartment complexes around Peer Mushalla. We do our best to keep the machines in working order and the weights in their proper places, even though they tend to migrate during the day. If you are coming from Chandigarh, we are just a short trip past the barrier. We are usually here from early morning until late at night. It is just a practical, local gym for regular people who want to stay in shape.
