If you drive down Amloh Road toward Bhadson, you will see our place. Kartar Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. has been operating here for quite some time now. We are right on the edge of the town, so we get a mix of people from the village and the city. Our yard is usually full of big machinery and parts waiting to be put together. It’s a busy environment where there is always a tractor engine running or someone using a grinder. We have a decent-sized team, but it still feels like a small family business because we’ve all worked together for so long. The office gets a lot of footprints from the shop floor, so we gave up on keeping the floors perfectly clean a long time ago. We spend our time talking to farmers and understanding what they need for their land. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes the parts don't arrive on time or the weather slows down our shipping, but we handle it as best as we can. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our job on Amloh Road and make sure our equipment works the way it’s supposed to. It’s a simple goal that keeps us coming back every morning.
