Benchmark Facility Services

We are situated over at Plot No-121 in Rasulpur Saidan. It is pretty easy to find once you get past Phatak 16 and cross the railway lines. Our place is basically a large warehouse with a little bit of office space carved out in the corner. We handle cleaning and fixing things for other buildings and offices. It is a lot of managing complicated schedules and making sure the mops, buckets, and cleaning chemicals are always stocked up. We started this because there were a lot of new buildings opening up nearby that needed someone to keep them looking decent. Every morning, the staff meets up here to get their tasks for the day. We have a bunch of old machines for scrubbing floors that we often have to fix ourselves when they break down. It is not exactly a glamorous job, but it is work that needs doing. The area around Rasulpur Saidan is getting more crowded every year, so we stay pretty active. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones trying to figure out where everyone is. If a light goes out or a drain gets blocked at a client's place, we are the ones who head over there. We keep a lot of heavy tools in the back room. Sometimes the rain makes the road near the Phatak a total mess, so we have to plan our trips carefully. We do not have fancy uniforms for every day, we just get the grime off.
