Barfani Ice Cream

Barfani Ice Cream is located over in Ward No. 6, Malkana Patti. We are right there in the Samana Mandi area of Patiala. It’s a busy part of the district, especially during the market days when everyone is out and about. We mostly just focus on our daily routine of keeping the stock organized and making sure the machines are working like they should. It gets quite dusty around here sometimes, so there is always a lot of cleaning to do. We’ve got our spot in Malkana Patti and we stay pretty busy with the local crowd. People in Samana Mandi know the area well, and they usually find us without much trouble. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just make sure the ice cream stays frozen. The weather in Patiala can be really tough, especially in the middle of summer when the heat is everywhere. That’s when we have to be most careful with the electricity and the cooling systems. It’s just a regular business run by people who live nearby. We know the neighbors and we see the same faces day after day. There’s a lot of noise from the mandi sometimes, but we’re used to it by now. We open the doors in the morning, check the inventory, and get ready for whoever walks in. It’s a straightforward life here in Ward No. 6. We don't have any big plans, just keeping the shop going every day without making a big deal out of it.
