Bansal Tanya Architect is situated right on Patiala Road. It is a simple location that is easy for anyone traveling along that main route to find. The office is not part of a big complex; it is just a standalone spot where Tanya Bansal does her architectural work. Inside, the atmosphere is very much like a working studio. You will find plenty of sketches pinned to the walls and various models sitting on the side tables. Patiala Road is quite a busy stretch, so there is a constant hum of cars and trucks passing by outside. We have some heavy curtains to help block out the noise when things get too loud. The workspace is filled with the smell of paper and ink. There is a large desk where most of the drafting happens, and a smaller one for the computer and phone. We don't have a fancy waiting room or a formal greeting area. If someone comes in, they usually just walk right into the workspace. It is a very down-to-earth environment. We focus on the drawings and the technical details without worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. There are stacks of reference books and old projects kept in the back. It is a honest, hardworking space on a busy road where the day is spent measuring and planning.
