Bala Ji Ortho Care

We are located over in the New Officers Colony area of Patiala, specifically at Shop Number 6 on Kheri Gujra Road. It’s a nice part of town, maybe a bit quieter than the main market areas, which is good for people coming in with bone or joint issues who don’t want to deal with too much chaos. Being near the Mahindra Complex helps people give directions to their friends when they are coming to see us. The clinic specializes in ortho care, so we see a lot of people who have had accidents or are just dealing with the usual aches that come with getting older. We’ve set up the space to be as comfortable as possible. It isn't a massive facility, just a few rooms where we can take a look at what’s wrong. We spend a lot of time explaining things to people, just talking through why their knee hurts or what to do about a sprain. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we know how to handle the busy periods when five people show up at once. It’s mostly local residents from the colony who stop by, but we get people from the surrounding villages too. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that; we just rely on people telling their neighbors that we did a decent job for them. It is a very practical place for getting fixed up.
