Our place is at Sco 3 and 4 on Sirhind Road in Baran. It's a decent spot, easy enough to find if you're looking for it. We named it Assured Pacifiers because we wanted people to feel okay about what they were getting. Most of our day is spent looking at machines and making sure the items we are working with are coming out right. It’s a bit of a repetitive job, to be honest. But it keeps the lights on and we have a good group of people working here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make things that work and don't break the first time someone uses them. The road outside can get a bit clogged with traffic during the rush hours, but it’s mostly quiet otherwise. We have a small warehouse space in the back where we stack everything up. It’s not very fancy inside, just shelves and desks and the sound of the equipment humming. We drink a lot of tea to stay sharp. People around Baran know us as the folks who are always at the shop. We don’t have a big marketing team, just our hands and the stuff we produce. It gets a bit cold here in the winter, but we just bundle up and keep going. We've been here for years and hope to stay for many more. It's a simple business, but it's ours and it works for the family.
