Aone Punjabi

You can find Aone Punjabi on the second floor of Surya Complex. We are right on Bhupindra Road in Bhupinder Nagar, and if you look across the street, you’ll see Gopal Sweets. Being on the second floor means we have to carry everything up the stairs, which is quite a workout every morning. Our place has a specific feel to it, maybe a bit different from the shops on the ground floor. It’s usually a bit quieter up here until the afternoon rush starts. We spend our time sorting through things and making sure everything looks decent on the racks or shelves. Since we are in Bhupinder Nagar, we get a lot of locals who are just out for their daily shopping. Sometimes people get lost looking for the entrance, so we have to tell them to look for the sign near the stairs. It’s a cozy enough space, though it gets a bit warm in the summer months. We don't have any corporate managers or big meetings. It's just us and the customers. We might be having a cup of chai when you walk in. We like being near Gopal Sweets because the smell of fresh snacks often wafts up to our floor. It’s a good neighborhood to be in, even if the traffic on Bhupindra Road is a nightmare sometimes. We just keep doing our thing and seeing who comes up the stairs to visit us.
