We are located about 15 kilometers out on the Samana road in Patiala. It’s near the Jain Store and right by that narrow lane called Band Gali. Our place is basically a hub for parcels and boxes of all sizes. It’s usually a bit of a mess with tape dispensers and packing paper everywhere, but we know where everything is. The delivery bikes are always coming and going from the front, kicking up a bit of dust from the road. We don’t have a fancy reception area; it’s mostly just a counter where people drop things off. The air always smells a bit like cardboard and ink. Since we are near the Jain Store, we get a lot of locals stopping by while they are out doing their shopping. It’s a very casual atmosphere, and we often end up chatting with the regulars about the weather or the traffic on the Patiala road. The "Band Gali" nearby makes it easy for people to find us, even if they aren't from this exact part of town. We just focus on getting the packages sorted and sent out on the right trucks. It’s hard work, especially when it’s hot, but it’s what we do every day without much fuss or bother. Sometimes a package gets delayed, but we try to fix it quickly. That is just how the day goes here, and we are used to the noise.
