Air Pak Travels

Our office is located at Sco-46-47 in the Chhoti Baradari area, right on The Mall in Patiala. It is a pretty central part of town, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving about. We’ve been here for a bit, working on travel plans for anyone who drops by. Most of the time, we are busy with tickets and itineraries. It’s the kind of job where you spend a lot of time staring at flight schedules and trying to make pieces fit together. The Mall is a lively place to work, even if it gets a bit noisy sometimes with all the cars. Inside, we just have our basic setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy decorations. We focus on the task at hand, which is getting people to their destinations. Some mornings are quiet, giving us time to catch up on paperwork, but by afternoon it usually picks up. We deal with all kinds of travelers, some who know exactly what they want and others who are completely lost. It’s our job to sit down and sort it out with them. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just talk to you like a neighbor. If there’s a delay or a problem, we deal with it as it comes. It’s just a normal travel shop in a busy part of Patiala. We keep the lights on and the computers running so people can go see the world.
