If you’re ever near the Kissan Market on Sirhind Road, you’ve probably passed by our shop without even realizing it. Aggarwal Traders is at number 102. It’s a very lively market, and things start moving early in the morning. We deal with trading, so there’s always people coming in and out asking for current prices or checking on their orders. The market is full of noise, trucks, and people moving goods, and we’re right in the middle of all that chaos. Our space is filled with whatever we’re trading at the moment, so it’s never exactly tidy or organized. We have a small desk where we keep the ledger and take payments from customers. It’s the kind of place where you have to move a chair just to find a spot to stand for a minute. We don’t have a marketing department or a fancy website that someone else runs for us. It’s just us, the traders, talking to customers and suppliers every day. Some days are slow and we just sit around and talk, but most days it’s a bit of a rush to get everything weighed and packed. Sirhind Road can be a nightmare for parking, but that’s just part of being in a busy market. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the regulars by name. It’s just a basic trading business, nothing more than that.
