You can find us at 968-Green Enclave in Zirakpur. We’re located in Ward No. 10, which is part of the Dera Bassi area in Mohali. It’s a busy part of Punjab, and there’s always something going on outside our windows with the traffic. We focus on H.R. and helping people with their careers. This means we spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people about what they want to do for a living. The office is inside a residential area, so it feels a bit more relaxed than a big city skyscraper. We have a few computers and plenty of filing cabinets that are starting to show their age. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, which is just how things go here. We aren't trying to be some huge international agency; we just want to help folks in our local area find decent work. People walk in with their printed resumes, and we sit down for a chat. It’s a very manual process. We listen to what they need and then look through our lists to see if anything matches. There’s a lot of back-and-forth phone calls with companies too. It can be tiring, but it feels good when someone actually gets the job they were looking for. We’ve been at this for a while and know the local market pretty well.
