Our office is located in the Shiv Parvati Market along Dalhousie Road. We are right near the Shani Dev Mandir, which is the best way to explain where we are to anyone looking for us. It is a small office, tucked away inside the busy market area. Mostly, we spend our time talking to people who need someone to watch over their shops or houses during the night. We have a long list of local men who are looking for work and we try to match them up with the right security spots. It involves quite a bit of paperwork, checking their IDs and making sure everyone is honest. The market gets very loud during the daytime, so it is hard to hear the phone ringing sometimes. We have been in this location for a few years now. We know most of the other shopkeepers on Dalhousie Road by name. Security is just one of those things people do not really think about until they actually need it. We do not have any fancy cameras or high-tech equipment; it is mostly just reliable guys doing patrols and staying awake while the rest of the world is sleeping. Sometimes we have to sit with a new client for a long time to explain how the night shifts work. We have a favorite tea stall nearby where we do most of our meetings. It is a very straightforward setup. No big slogans, just making sure the gates are locked and everyone is safe.
