We started Vaishnavitravels right here in Pathankot quite a while ago. It's mostly just a few of us making sure people can get where they need to go without too much trouble. We spend most of our time on the phones or checking the cars. It gets busy, especially when the weather acts up or the roads are crowded, but we try to keep things moving. Pathankot is a good spot for this kind of work because so many people pass through. We aren't a big office with fancy chairs; it’s more about getting the job done and helping someone find a ride. Sometimes the schedules change last minute, and we have to scramble a bit to fix it. That's just how it goes in travel. We know the local routes well and which ways are faster depending on the time of day. Usually, it's just about being there when the phone rings. People just want a reliable way to travel, and we do what we can to provide that. It’s a lot of long days and making sure the fuel is topped up and the drivers are ready. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us here in the office day after day. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the city over the years, but the work stays mostly the same. We just take things one day at a time.
