Starts here in Ward No. 08, Kabir Nagar. We are over in Teacher Colony, which is a pretty quiet spot in Pathankot. Pro-Utilities Advisors (Opc) Private is just a small setup we have here. Most days involve looking over papers and talking to people who come by the office. Pathankot can get pretty hot in the summer, but we stay busy inside. Our address is right in the middle of Gurdaspur district. We’ve been here for a bit now. People know us as the local advisors who don't make things too complicated. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs where we can sit and go through utility stuff. We moved into this spot in Kabir Nagar because it felt like a good place to be near the teachers and families. There is a lot of walking back and forth to the main road. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep working. Being an OPC means it’s mostly just one of us handling the big decisions. We like the way things are going so far. It’s a simple life here in Punjab. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the door. If you find yourself in the colony, you can usually spot the building. We try to be helpful when folks have questions about their utility bills or whatever else is on their mind. That's pretty much what we do day in and day out at our little office.
