Pooja Machines (P) Ltd.

We are located right near the Telephone Exchange in Haryal, which is in Pathankot. If you’re from around here, you probably know the area well. We’ve been running Pooja Machines for quite a while now. Punjab has a strong tradition of making things, and we try to keep that going in our own small way. Our workshop isn't some high-tech lab; it’s a place with oil on the floor and the sound of tools hitting metal. We build machines that people actually use for their own businesses. It’s practical stuff. There are days when things go smoothly and days when a machine just won't behave, but we stick with it until it’s right. Our staff are mostly local people from Pathankot and nearby villages. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We’d rather just show you what the machine can do. The building itself has seen better days, but the equipment inside is what counts. We’ve stayed in Haryal all these years because it’s home and it’s where our roots are. When someone comes by looking for a machine, they usually just walk into the office and we talk it over with a cup of tea. That’s just the way we do things here. It’s not fancy, but it is honest, and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We just want to build something that lasts.
