We operate out of V.P.O Nainallupur. Being in a village area means our daily routine is a bit different than the city offices. There’s a lot of open space and we see a lot of tractors and farm equipment passing by our door. Our focus is mainly on infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of time looking at roads and basic structures. The office here is quite simple, just enough room for us to sit and go over the project timelines and labor costs. It can get quiet out here, which is nice when you have a lot of numbers to crunch. We know most of the people in the local area, and a lot of our help comes from nearby. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and sit in the shade for a bit. It’s not a corporate lifestyle at all. We wear boots and dusty clothes most of the time. Managing infrastructure in a place like this requires knowing the land and the local weather patterns. We handle the logistical side of things, making sure the materials get to the right spot without too much trouble. It’s steady work and it keeps us connected to the ground. We don't have a flashy website or a marketing person to write about us. We just have our office in the village and the projects we are currently working on. It’s plenty to keep us occupied every day.
