Jeevan Raksha Kidney Hospital

Jeevan Raksha Kidney Hospital is tucked away a bit. We are located at Patel Chowk, but you have to go behind the K.D. Eye Hospital to find us. It’s a bit of a hidden spot, but once people know where the eye hospital is, they usually find us without too much trouble. We focus specifically on kidney issues here. The building isn't huge, but we have the equipment we need to help our patients. Patel Chowk is a busy enough area, but being behind another building helps block out some of the traffic noise. We have a small waiting area that can get pretty full on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Our patients often have to come back many times, so we get to know them and their families really well. It’s a bit like a small community inside the hospital. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor has some scuffs from all the machines being moved around, but it’s clean and it works. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the dialysis and other treatments go smoothly every day. The staff is hardworking and they don't complain much, even when the shifts are long. We just stay focused on the work at hand and try to make the process as easy as possible for the folks who have to visit us. It's a quiet sort of routine that we've gotten used to over the years.
