Our shop is situated right at Shahpur Chowk. It is a very lively corner and you can always hear the sound of horns and people talking from the street. Being at the chowk makes us very easy to find, even if you are just passing through the area. We have been here for a good number of years now. We mainly deal with electronic communication things, like fixing phones and looking at wiring. The shop is quite small and basic inside. We have a counter where we talk to people and some shelves in the back where we keep our tools and spare parts. It’s not the kind of place with air conditioning or fancy displays. We have a small table fan that we use when it gets really hot in the afternoons. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know us. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that. We just sit here and do the work as it comes in. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, and we just tell the person the truth about it. We don't see the point in making things sound better than they really are. It is a very straightforward way of doing business. We like the location because we get to see everything that happens at the chowk. It’s a good spot to be in if you like being part of the local scene.
