Song Of The Soul Foundation

You can find the Song Of The Soul Foundation over in Ranny, specifically in the Vadasserikara Panchayath. We’re in Ward 15 at building number 471. It’s a bit out of the way, which we actually like because it's peaceful. The name sounds a bit poetic, but the work we do is very grounded. We mostly look at community health and well-being for the people around here. It’s a rural area, so people have different needs than in the big cities. We don't have a lot of equipment or a big team. It’s just a few of us who care about the folks living in this part of Kerala. The building is simple, nothing fancy about it at all. We spend our days visiting families or checking on local projects like the community gardens. Sometimes we sit on the porch and just talk about what needs to be done next. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We take things as they come. Ranny is a quiet place and we try to keep that spirit in our work. We aren't trying to sell anything or convince people of big ideas. We just want to help our neighbors live a bit better. It’s a small operation, but it’s ours. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay as long as the community needs us. We're just local folks doing local work. It might not look like much, but it feels right to us to be here doing this.
