Our office is located in Pathanamthitta district, Kerala. You can find us at Thevalappurathu, in Arukalikal West, Vayala Post, near Parakode in Adoor. It’s a beautiful part of the state, very green and usually quite humid. Skyline Foundation & Structures Pvt.Ltd is a local business through and through. We focus on the foundations and the structural side of things, which is the most important part of any building if you ask us. We don't have a fancy office in a high-rise. We work out of this spot in Adoor because it’s where we are from. The days here are usually spent checking on site progress and making sure the foundation work is solid. Kerala has its own challenges with the soil and the weather, so we have to be careful. We aren't big on corporate talk. We just speak plainly about what needs to be done. If you stop by, you’ll probably see us looking over some structural plans or talking to a client on the phone. We don't have a PR person. What you see is what you get. It’s a small, hardworking team. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and we plan to stay here. We just do our work, look after our families, and try to make sure every structure we work on is built properly. It is as simple as that. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, but we get through it eventually.
