Our little office is on the first floor of the Valanjanthuruthil Building on College Road. The address is Xiii/740 in Ranni. It is a good location because we are right near the heart of things in Pathanamthitta. We spend our days here managing the chit fund. The building has been around for quite some time, and we have grown quite fond of our corner on the first floor. It’s not a sleek or modern office. There are stacks of folders everywhere and the desks have seen better days. But it works for us. We handle the local accounts and make sure everything is sorted out for the members. We see a lot of people from the nearby college and the surrounding shops. It’s a friendly place. We don’t use any complicated business words. We just explain things simply so everyone understands. Sometimes the traffic on College Road gets a bit loud, but we just close the window and keep working. We are just a small team of local people. We don’t have a big corporate office in a city. We are right here in Ranni, doing the work that needs to be done. It’s a bit messy sometimes when we have a lot of paperwork, but we get through it. We like being a local fixture in the neighborhood. It’s just a normal business run by normal people.
