We are located in Pathanamthitta district, Kerala. Specifically, you can find North India Coating P Ltd at SS Bhavan in Vadakadathukavu, right near Adoor Paruthappara. It’s a quiet area but we stay busy with all sorts of coating work. My brother and I started doing this because there was a need for it around here. We handle metal parts, pipes, and whatever else people bring in that needs a protective layer. The humidity here in Kerala can be a real pain for the drying process, so we’ve had to learn a few tricks over the years. Our workshop isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with the right tools. Most of the guys working here are from the nearby villages. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot. There is no big corporate office or fancy reception desk. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our overalls. We just try to do a solid job so that the equipment lasts longer. It’s a simple business. We don't spend money on flyers or advertisements. Word travels fast in a place like Adoor anyway. We just keep our heads down and focus on the chemicals and the finishes. It's how we've always done things here. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big batch of parts, but that's just part of the routine. We like the work we do. It keeps us going through the year.
