Najm Trading & Exports Private Limited is out in Pathanamthitta. Our main place is called Chandramangalam and it’s located in Elanthoor, specifically in the Pariyaram area of Kozhencherry. It’s a quiet part of the world compared to the big cities but we do a lot of exporting from here. We deal with various goods that need to go overseas and that keeps us pretty occupied with customs and shipping forms. The building is surrounded by a bit of greenery which is nice when you need a break from the desk. We are a small team and everyone knows their job well. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing here. If a floor needs sweeping or a box needs moving anyone might jump in to help. It’s a practical way to run a business. The roads around here can be a bit narrow for the bigger trucks but we managed to figure out the timing so things flow smoothly. People in the village know us as the export guys. We’ve been at this address for a while and we don’t have plans to move anywhere else. It’s a steady life of checking quality and making sure the crates are packed tight for the long journey. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our export partners happy with what we send them. It is just basic trading done from our little corner.
