M/S Jibin Pharmaceutical

We have been operating in the Thiruballa area for a good while now. M/S Jibin Pharmaceutical isn't a huge name you'll see on billboards, but for the people living around here, we are a familiar sight. Our shop is pretty basic and we like it that way. We have the usual shelves, a wooden counter, and the fridge for the stuff that needs to stay cold. Thiruballa is a decent place to have a business because people are friendly and they tend to stick to their local shops instead of going to the big malls. We spend our days mostly checking dates, answering the phone, and putting away deliveries. It’s not the kind of work that makes for exciting stories, but it's what we know how to do. We don't have a bunch of fancy slogans or a mission statement pinned to the wall. We just show up, open the shutters in the morning, and stay until the evening. Sometimes we sit outside for a minute when it’s quiet and watch the traffic go by. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out with the customers. We know which neighbors like to chat about the weather and which ones are in a big hurry. We try to be quick for the ones in a rush. The shop can get a bit warm in the summer, but the fan behind the counter helps keep us cool. We just want to make sure people in Thiruballa can get their medicine.
