Even though the name says research center, it is mostly us looking through books and keeping track of how our patients are doing over time. We have a lot of shelves filled with medical texts and journals that have gathered some dust over the years. The building is simple and fits right in with the other shops and houses in the town. People here know us by name. We don't really do much advertising because word of mouth usually brings people in. The waiting area is just a few wooden benches. Sometimes it gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always running. We spend a lot of time talking to the people who come in. Homeopathy takes time, so we have to listen to the whole story. Pathanamthitta is a beautiful place, and we like being part of the community here.
