Matrix Trading

We operate out of No-1, Glorious Ark, which is located in Mudiyoorkonam P.O. near Pandalam. It’s a quiet area, which is a nice change from the bigger cities. Our office is in a building called Glorious Ark, and it’s a simple space with enough room for our samples and some basic furniture. We do a lot of trading, which involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. The phone is usually ringing, or we’re busy writing out invoices by hand. We don't have a big team of people, just a few of us who know the routine. Pandalam is a small town, so word of mouth is how most people find out about us. We don’t bother with big marketing campaigns because they don’t really fit our style. We prefer to just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. The office gets a lot of natural light in the morning, which makes it a pleasant place to sit and work. Sometimes the rain in Kerala gets so heavy you can’t hear yourself think, so we just wait it out. We aren't a high-tech firm with glass walls and fancy carpets. We are just local people running a trading business in a way that makes sense to us. It’s a steady pace, and we try to keep things as uncomplicated as possible for everyone involved.
