We are located on Thirumangalam Road in Pathanapuram. It’s a pretty busy road, so there is always a lot of traffic passing by our door. We’ve been doing real estate work here for a good number of years now. Our office is a basic setup. We have a few desks, some old cupboards for the files, and a fan that sometimes makes a bit of noise. We don’t see the need for anything more than that. Most of the people who come to us are locals from around Pathanapuram who are looking to sell a bit of land or find a house for their kids. We know the area well, every shortcut and landmark. When you’ve been in one spot for this long, you get to know who owns what and which land is coming up for sale before it even hits the market. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy brochures. Word of mouth is how most people find their way to Thirumangalam Road. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just drinking tea and talking with someone who might not even buy anything for another year. That’s just how we do things here. It is a slow and steady way of working. We aren't in a rush to become a giant company. We just like being the local spot people trust.
