You can find Ivrcl Infrastructures & Project Ltd. at Payattukalayil House in the Thelliyoor area. We are based in Vennikulam, which is part of Thiruvalla in the Pta Dist of Kerala. It’s a quiet, scenic part of the state, which makes for a nice work environment most of the time. Our office is more like a home base for our infrastructure activities. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where we keep our files and meet to discuss project updates over some tea. The team here is mostly local, and we know the area well. Construction in Kerala has its own set of challenges, especially with the terrain and the heavy rainfall we get. We spend a lot of time planning for the rainy season so that our projects don't get too delayed. Most of our work is about being on the ground and seeing how things are progressing on the actual sites. We aren't big on self-promotion; we just prefer to let the projects we finish speak for us. It’s a lot of logistics, dealing with labor, and making sure the materials are exactly what is needed for the job. We enjoy the pace of life here in Thiruvalla. Even when things get busy, it’s still a relatively calm place to work compared to the big cities like Kochi. We just focus on doing our jobs and getting the work done without making a big fuss. It is a very practical way to run things.
