CROSSTOX PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place is over in Pandalam, tucked away in Kaddakad. We are set up at MRA 21, which is Radhakrishna Sadanam. It is actually right by the NSS College 2nd way, so there are always students and bikes going past throughout the day. The house belongs to Ramachandran Unnithan, and we use a part of it for the company stuff. It feels more like a home than a sterile office, which makes the long hours a bit more bearable. Pathanamthitta can get pretty humid, so we keep the fans going all day long. Being a private limited company means we have a fair amount of registration details to keep track of, but we just take it one day at a time. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, though it can get a bit muddy when the monsoon hits properly. We have our desks set up in a way that everyone has a bit of space. Most of our neighbors know us by now, even if they aren't exactly sure what we are working on inside. It’s a quiet life here for the most part, except for when classes let out at the college and the street gets loud for twenty minutes. We’ve got a small team, and we mostly just focus on our computers and the tasks at hand. It is a basic setup, really, nothing like those big city offices you see on TV. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs.
