We are based out of Punnavely, which is a small part of the Pathanamthitta district. Our office is actually in the Cheeramattom House, building number 5/277. It’s a local spot that most people around here can find easily enough if they know the post office nearby. Being in a house makes it feel a lot less like a traditional workplace, which we actually prefer because it’s more relaxed. There is plenty of green around the building, and sometimes you can hear the birds more than anything else. We handle all the business solution tasks from here, mostly just sitting at our desks and working through whatever comes in. The address is quite specific, but that’s how it is in rural Kerala where every house has a name. We’ve got a few rooms set up with chairs and tables for the staff. It’s not a huge operation, just a handful of us trying to stay on top of the work. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather is bad, but that is just part of living in this area. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. It is a very standard local operation, no flashy lights or big corporate lobbies. We just do our work and head home when the sun starts to go down over the trees. It’s a quiet way to earn a living, honestly.
