Charlies Resto Private Limited

We’ve been running Charlies Resto here in Eraviperoor for a bit now. It’s right at Door No. 408/3, which most people around Thiruvalla know if they're looking for a place to eat that isn't too fancy. The kitchen stays pretty busy most days. We didn't want one of those loud, bright places you see in the city center. Instead, we just focus on getting the plates out hot and making sure there's enough salt in the gravy. It's a family-run kind of setup, so sometimes you'll see us arguing over where the napkins went or who forgot to mop the back corner. We get a lot of locals stopping in after work or on their way through town. The menu isn't miles long because we'd rather do a few things well than mess up twenty different dishes. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the weather turns, but we're usually here behind the counter. We don't have a big team, just a handful of us who know how the stove works. If you're driving past the P.O. area, you’ll spot the sign. It’s not a huge building, but it fits everyone fine. We try to keep things clean and the chairs are mostly comfortable. There isn't much more to tell really. We just open up in the morning, prep the vegetables, and wait for the first customer to walk through the door. It's honest work and it keeps us busy every single day.
