Blue Mount Granite Industries operates out of House No 36, which is known as Mulanilkum Kalayil in Edayaranmula. This part of Kerala is where we have put down our roots, and we’ve been working from this address for a long time. The granite business is a heavy one, and our daily routine revolves around the weight of the stone and the noise of the machines. We aren't a big, polished corporation; we are just a local industry making our way in the trade. Most of the day is spent in the yard or near the main house handling the various slabs we have in stock. It’s dirty, tiring work, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing the trucks loaded up and ready to go. We have a few workers who have been with us through many seasons, through the hot sun and the pouring rain. Our office is just a simple space for the essentials, as we prefer to spend our time out where the material is. Edayaranmula is a nice place to be, and we have a lot of respect for the people living around us. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do because the work speaks for itself. It’s just about moving granite and making sure the business stays afloat. We keep things honest and direct with anyone who walks through the gate. If you see us, we will probably be busy with a crane or a slab.
