We are set up at B Tower along the Varkala-Kallambalam Road. Our company is Binoos Foods And Caterers Private Limited and we occupy units 589/A, B, and C. Being in Palachira P.O. means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. Catering is a busy business to be in, so there is usually a lot of noise and movement coming from our kitchen units. We have quite a bit of equipment spread across those three spaces. Most mornings start very early for us because we have to get everything prepped for the day's events. The road outside can get pretty congested, especially during the tourist season in Varkala, so we have to plan our transport carefully. We are a simple team of people who know how to cook for large groups. It’s not always easy work, and things can get pretty hot in the kitchen when all the burners are going. We just try to stay organized so we don't lose track of orders. The B Tower is a well-known spot, so it makes it easier for our staff to find their way in. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or anything like that. We just focus on the food and making sure the catering vans are loaded correctly. It’s a lot of physical labor, but we are used to the pace by now. We just hope the traffic on the road stays light enough for our deliveries.
