Our small outfit focuses on design consulting. It basically means we help folks figure out the technical side of their ideas. A big corporation with hundreds of staff isn't what we are. It’s just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. Our office is pretty basic. It’s got everything we need to work, like computers and some drawing boards, but nothing too fancy. A marketing department or a sales team isn't something we have. If you want to talk to us, you just come by or give us a call and one of us will answer. The local vibe of Viakom is something we really like. It’s a peaceful place to work. We know most of the people on our street and we’ve been part of this community for years. Most of our projects are from local clients who heard about us from someone else. Using big industry words or trying to sound more important than we are isn't our way. We just provide a practical service and try to be helpful. It’s a quiet way to earn a living, and we’re happy with how things are. We just keep focusing on our plans and helping people out.
