Our office is set up at House No. III/246, which is Thottathil Veedu in Prakkanam. It’s a quiet place in Pathanamthitta, quite different from the loud city life you see elsewhere. Aadvik Hospitality Ventures Private Limited started here because it’s where we have our roots. Gopalakrishnan Nair T K is the one who helps manage the space. It’s a real house, not a glass building, so it feels more personal when we’re sitting down to talk about our projects. We mostly focus on small-scale hospitality ideas and helping out with local ventures. Living and working in a place like Prakkanam means you know everyone on your street. We spend our days dealing with the logistics of managing properties and seeing how we can make things work better for the people who stay with us. It’s not always easy, especially with the paperwork and the rules you have to follow, but we keep at it. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because we're tucked away. We manage. We aren't doing anything flashy. We just want to run a decent business that respects the local area. Most afternoons you'll find us just looking over the accounts or planning for the next month. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of the community here in Kerala. It’s just us doing our thing every day, no matter how slow things get.
