24 Realtors Llp is based at B.No. 11/25, which is part of Maju Bhavanam in Kalanjoor P.O. It feels more like a home than a stiff office, which we actually prefer. Working out of Maju Bhavanam gives us a bit of peace compared to being in a big city center. The space is filled with the usual stuff you’d expect—desks, a few filing cabinets, and way too many pens that never seem to work when you need them. We spend our days tracking different real estate listings around Kalanjoor. It’s a small operation here, so things stay pretty informal. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog starts barking right when we are on an important call, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our tables or maybe heading out to look at a site. The walls are a bit plain, and we have a calendar from three years ago still hanging up for some reason. It’s a practical place to get things done. We know the roads and the people around Kalanjoor P.O quite well. Most of our work involves a lot of talking and walking through fields or looking at house structures. It is a simple way of working, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week without making things too complicated.
