If you ever drive down the Bombay High Way Road, you’ve probably passed by our spot at Sy No 153. Dnr Industries has been sitting here right by the road for a long time. It’s a loud place to work, honestly. The trucks never seem to stop going by, and you can hear the engines rumbling all day long. Our facility is basically a large shed where we handle all our industrial tasks. It gets pretty warm in the summer months under the metal roof, but we’ve got some big fans that help a little bit. We aren't trying to be some massive global company. We just want to finish the day’s work and head home. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We talk about the cricket scores or whatever is happening in the news while we do our shifts. It’s a very simple way of living. We don't have any flashy signs or mission statements hanging up. Just the basic stuff we need to stay safe and get the job done. We get deliveries at all hours, so the gate is always swinging open. Sometimes the yard gets muddy when it rains, but we just put some boots on and keep moving. It’s a straightforward place with no hidden surprises. We’re just a group of people working by the highway, trying to do an honest job.
